5. What is your transportation?
We deliver our product all over the world by express, by air and by sea.
Door to door express, like : FEDEX, TNT, UPS, DHL, EMS. etc...
It needs 60kgs by air, and 200kgs by sea. If delivery by air or by sea, you have to clear the customs and charge for clearing, and charge the fee of transportation from the port to your place.

It is a pleasure doing that. You can give the picture to us by express or a larger clear image by Email. We also create your own portrait painting from your photographs or print what you sent. The oil painting will be very close to the original.

9. How do I place an order?
Choose the pictures you like, you can place your order via email. Write the detail message to sale@epainting.com . Indicate the quantity with picture number or linkage the painting image. Once we receive you order, we will check the stock in 48 hours and the total price to you for the order. After get your payment message, we will ship the goods according to your information.
10. Which currency the prices are in at our website?
All the prices are in US Dollars (FOB Shenzhen, China), freight to express not be included.

Most orders can be shipped in 4-5 weekdays, depending on the target place. For more complicated or oversized paintings, it will take longer. If you choose from our stock, we can ship in 5 days after we received your payment.
